Mainly based on the secondary data, Dr. Prasain gives us a clear picture of the structure of the Nepali society from the historical and sociological perspectives. Without any fear and being biased, purely as an academician from the discipline of anthropology, Dr. Prasain has criticized the unwillingness demonstrated on behalf of the left-winged political parties and other ‘big political parties' to rightly execute the policy for empowerment and inclusion of women in Nepal.
