Part two, "Treating Common Ailments", describes the ailments in terms of the body system them relate to, and offers an acupressure technique to treat the condition. For example, treatments for arthrritis and aching joints are found under "Bones and Joints", and loss of apetite and stomach acidity are found under "Digestion".
