Inside this book you will, I hope, find some amazing and unique ideas presented, including Christianity as a Platonist religion, a new view of memory and language, a better understanding of numbers as applied to reality (for example, 3 X 4 does not equal 4 X 3), as well as how to use the search for self as a means toward healing. Also, I rediscover others' contributions for those on the path: Plotinus and certain Cistercian fathers are singled out. Included: what is love; memory, reason, and will; faith, hope, and love. Sankhya philosophy as it relates to a new understanding of the self and its role in the creation of reality is additionally presented. I don't want you to believe anything in this book! My hope is that this book instead serves as a guide, an inspiration, for the seeker of truth. About the Author: I claim no special credentials. I am no one, and also everyone. I began my search trying to figure out why I was so messed up and what falsehoods I was following that led me to my sad state of affairs. For those who care for such things, I have BAs in philosophy and psychology and a degree in law. But my only real claim to expertise is in my attempt to never lie to myself and to always examine assumptions and influences.
